Luton Rights is an independent advice agency based in Luton which is in Bedfordshire in the East of England.

Luton Rights provides Advice in Debt, Welfare Benefits, Housing and Employment Law.   We also provide a Careers guidance service and support for low skilled and unemployed people to improve their skills, employability and access employment opportunities.

Luton Rights is a registered charity and Company Limited by Guarantee.  All our services are free of charge.

Mission Statement

Luton Rights aims to provide high quality, independent advice, support, representation and advocacy on Welfare Benefits, Debts, Housing, Employment Law and Careers Guidance which is free of charge. We aim to socially strengthen unemployed, minority and other disadvantaged people in Luton and South and Central Bedfordshire through raised awareness of their rights and the development of their skills and confidence.

Specialist skilled staff

Luton Rights staff are experienced specialist advisers and speak a range of community languages including Polish, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali,  French and English.

Quality Standards

Luton Rights holds the Community Legal Services Specialist Quality Mark in the areas of Welfare Benefits, Debt, Housing and Employment Law.  We hold the  Matrix Standard for our Careers advice.  We also hold Level 1 Investors in Diversity Quality Mark
