Your Rights In Law
As a worker you have a considerable number of rights in law.
If you have no other representation the centre can advise on these rights wheather you are seeking employment, are in employment or have been dismissed or made redundant.
At your first appointment we aim to:-
- Give your a confidential interview with a training advisor.
- Identify your problem and advise on your rights and how to resolve it, if possible.
- Tell you why we cannot resolve it or act on your behalf, if that is the case.
If we act on your behalf, we will:-
